Park Regulations

To ensure a safe and friendly environment for all visitors, we ask that you follow these rules when visiting:

All dogs must be registered dogs of Canton, MA.

Dogs are allowed off-leash only in designated areas.

Keep your dog leashed when entering or exiting the off-leash area.

No females in heat.

No choke, prong, pinch, spiked, and electronic collars.

Absolutely no dog food, treats, or toys.

No bikes, strollers, carriages, skateboards, skates, and motorized vehicles.

No people food.

No glass containers.

Children under the age of 12 are prohibited.

Children under the age of 16 require supervision of an adult at all times.

Owners must pick up after their dogs, repair holes, and control barking.

Always remain present with your dog.

Aggressive dogs are not permitted off or on leash.

It is encouraged to contact animal control if you witness or are involved in incidents of aggression towards people, other dogs, or wildlife. They are available at (781) 575-6507 or 911 for emergencies.

Here you can find commonly asked questions about our parks. If you still have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us!

  • The Paul Revere Heritage Site restrooms are opened and available to the public. They are ADA-accessible.

  • We welcome all dogs of different breeds, sizes, and ages to our parks as long as they're friendly, well-behaved, and accompanied by a responsible adult. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask that owners use the designated park based on their dog’s size.

  • All donations directly supports the development and maintenance of our dog parks. Funds help cover essential costs such as nonprofit insurance, legal fees (501[c][3] status), and wood chips for safe grounds. We also use donations to manage ongoing expenses such as the water bill and general park upkeep.

    We greatly appreciate your support and thank you for helping us create a enjoyable space for our community’s dogs and their owners!

  • Since we’re just getting started, we’re currently not allowing events as we focus on maintaining a safe and welcoming space or visitors. However, we may explore the possibility of hosting community events in the future - stay tuned for park updates!

  • We ask that you use your best judgement to assess your dogs size. If your dog is on the borderline of size limits, please consider their temperament and how they interact with other dogs.

  • The large dog park will have a water available once the nearby condos officially open and the necessary plumbing is activated. However it is always encouraged to bring your own water!

  • We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing treats or food into the parks. To keep the environment safe and enjoyable for everyone, please provide snacks for before or after your visit.

  • We do not provide communal toys at the dog parks. For health and safety reasons, we kindly ask visitors to refrain from bringing their own toys to the park, as they can sometimes lead to possessive behavior or conflicts between dogs. Our goal is to maintain a safe, inclusive environment where all pups can play freely and comfortable.

  • Yes, both the small and large dog parks are fully fenced in to ensure the safety of all dogs and owners. o access either park, a key fob is required.

  • Yes, the park along with the Paul Revere Heritage Site is ADA-compliant.

  • Yes, waste stations will be available at both dogs parks although it’s always recommended to bring your own in case the stations run out or are temporary unavailable.

  • We are always looking for passionate volunteers to support our efforts in helping manage the parks. Whether it’s assisting with fundraising, operations, or marketing, your time and energy go a long way towards enhancing our park and creating a safe and friendly environment for all.

  • At this time, membership is limited to Canton residents as we focus on Erving our local community. However, in the future, we plan to open membership to non-residents. Stay tuned for updates!
